When your customers demand the best - we are absolutely delighted to announce our new range of authentic, fresh pasta made by an artisan family business close to us in London.

The sweet Gnocchi Mini doughnuts are soft parcels of dough made from potatoes filled with Nutella Chocolate, Crème Patissiere, Apple & Raisins , Argentinian Caramel or Strawberry.

Ready in only a few minutes, Sweet Gnocchi mini-doughnuts can be deep fried or pan fried with some butter.

They can be served on their own with some sugar or cinnamon, with ice cream or whipped cream and sprinkles, or as a garnish to any dessert.

Our Gnocchi are beautifully soft and hold lots of filling

The range includes: beetroot gnocchi filled with goats cheese, pesto, walnut and Gorgonzola, ricotta, artichoke, asparagus, tomato + basil + mozzarella, spinach filled with ricotta & squid ink gnocchi filled with sweet chili. 

These are supplied  as 60/70 pieces/kg

Rigatoni 6cm – these are both part of the short shapes range made with 28% fresh egg and a special blend of OO flour + wheat flour (the Fregula pasta in this range is vegan)

Spaghetti - our long pasta range comes in 19 different styles available in egg free, wholemeal, chestnut, basil, squid ink, spinach & egg rich pasta. It is made from 28% fresh egg and a special blend of OO flour + wheat flour.

The Tortelloni, Tortollini, Ravioloni and Canneloni are made by hand, the Ravioli square and Ravioli sunflower are made in moulds.

These come in a range of 29 vegetable and cheese fillings, 10 meat and 6 fish options, the ingredients are from premium and sustainable sources.

Gluten free potato Gnocchi and Ricotta with Spinach Ravioli – fully accredited by the Coeliac society, available in 3kg packs
