GrowUp Urban Farms is committed to feeding people in cities in a way that is positive for communities and the environment, today and in the future. We produce sustainable fresh fish, salads and herbs in cities using a combination of aquaponic and vertical growing technologies.

Our farming technique takes the waste water from our aquaculture system system and uses it as the natural fertiliser for our greens. Our controlled growing environment means we can grow delicious salads and herbs year-round with no pesticides or insecticides. GrowUp greens are grown to order and delivered to customers within 12 hours of harvest, so you get the freshest product with a great flavour. We love working with First Choice because they are as passionate about great food as we are. They understand that quality and taste is of the upmost importance to their customers, and they’re always excited to tell the story of how they’ve sourced their products - which means we know that our salads will get talked about with the best chefs in London.

We love ALL fresh produce, but none more than those which grow taking up the least amount of land space possible! We work with companies like GrowUp,  Westlands, Cacklebean, Tiptree and all the other wonderful suppliers around the world. Our ongoing communication with chefs ensures that we encourage them to use these sorts of plants and produce not only from a culinary beneficial perspective, but also environmental.

The demand for different sizes of the same vegetable nowadays means that clever, new ways have been developed to sow crops meaning that micro, baby, small and regular sizes can be grown and harvested at the same time.  We work with the best growers, innovators and fresh food fanatics to bring you the very best
